Artist Spotlight: Emanuel Brown
Emanuel Brown got started in the music industry at about the age of 12 because he saw a few of his friends rapping being so young he tried it and failed but later on, in life, he fell in love with how people can put words together and those very same words can impact and change someone's entire life. His biggest inspirations come from the hip-hop and R&B genres, In the hip-hop genre he is influenced by LL Cool J, Jay-Z, and Pusha T. In the R&B genre, he is influenced by TLC, D’Angelo, and Maxwell. His most recent EP is titled V2 meaning Vibes 2 and is the second installment of the Vibes EP series Emanuel Brown has been working on over the last couple of years. V2 is an all R&B style EP the original Vibes EP was released in 2020 and is based around relationships this EP received a great reception from his audience and people that listened to the EP and he wanted to create a second installment. On V2 two of the tracks that have a very deep meaning to Emanuel Brown were “Stay” which contemplates a portion of a relationship even though it has a very bouncy beat the words are describing his thought process on if he should go after this attractive woman. The song “Mine” is describing the feeling of toxicity of wanting something that you shouldn’t want to have but you know you still want it. In 2023 Emanuel Brown will be nonstop releasing music, lyric videos, and visuals so expect a lot of new material and vibes from Emanuel Brown 2023.
